From Chattanooga & I-75 – Dalton Exit

I-75 south to exit 336 – Dalton. Take 41 south, turn left onto 52 east at the sixth traffic light. Turn right at magic living homes onto 52 alt. Pass through Chatsworth on 52 alt. & up over mountain. Pass fort mountain nat'l park on left. Pass Cohutta Lodge on right. Entering Gilmer county sign on right and at this point the mile markers on right side of road start from (1). Turn right between mile marker (3) and (4) onto Pleasant Hill Rd. There is a sign Pearson Pond Llamas. Go (3) miles to Rogers Creek sign and turn right.(road will turn into dirt) Take the 2nd left onto Bates drive by locked mail boxes. Keep bearing left past dead end sign. PPR is at the dead end. Call box at gate. Follow llamas in the trees and go the way they point.

From Atlanta To Stratford Inn

I-75 north to hwy 575. Hwy 575 changes into 515 around Ballground. Pass a Super Walmart, at the traffic light by Mcdonalds & the Stratford Inn on the left & Burger King on the right. At the traffic light turn left. The Stratford Inn is on the left.

North Carolina/Southwest from Hwy 76 to Stratford Inn

Hwy 76 south to hwy 515 south through Blairsville and Blue Ridge to Ellijay. At traffic light in Ellijay there is a Mcdonald's on the right and BurgerKing on the left. Turn right at Mcdonald's and the Stratford Inn is on the left.

From I-515 to Pearson Pond Ranch by way of Hwy 282
- Hwy 515 Ellijay by McDonalds and Stratford Inn

Pass McDonalds and Stratford - Pass stop sign, go over railroad tracks till it dead ends at traffic light. Turn left, cross the bridge and go straight on Hwy 282 (West from Dairy Queen).

Go 4.5 miles to Pleasant Gap Road. You can only turn right - Go 1.4 miles to Pleasent Gap Circle and turn right - Go 1.6 miles and turn right again - Go 0.8 miles to Rodger Creek Rd., turn left. Turn at the 2nd left (1 mile) onto Bates Dr. & turn left.

There are locked mailboxes at the Bates corner. Keep baring left on to Llama Lane (Charles Lane) and continue to dead end at our gate. Use call box at gate. (Look for and follow the llamas in the trees and go the way they are pointing).
